Can I purchase just one design item (e.g. logo/flyer)?
Yes! While our packages offer the best value, we also create individual design assets. Contact us for a custom quote.
How long does a branding project take to complete?
Starter packs take 3–5 days, Basic 5–7 days, Standard around 10 days, and Premium packages can take 2–5 weeks depending on complexity
Will I own the logo and designs you create?
Absolutely. You receive full ownership and all editable files upon project completion.
Do you offer rebranding or redesign services?
A: Yes. We offer full rebranding services—including brand audits, design upgrades, and strategy adjustments—for existing businesses.
Can I request revisions?
All our branding packages come with up to 2–5 rounds of revisions, depending on the tier. We’re committed to getting it right for you.

Do I need any experience to join these programs?
No prior experience is needed! Our programs are beginner-friendly and designed to take you from zero to project-ready, step by step.
What kind of programs do you offer?
We offer two main tracks: Full Stack Development and Branding Mastery. Both include practical projects, mentorship, and certification.
Are the classes live or pre-recorded?
Our training blends live sessions with guided self-paced content. You get flexibility plus expert support when you need it.
What tools will I need for the training?
For branding: Canva, PixelLab, Google Meet, and basic digital tools.
For development: VS Code, GitHub/GitLab, a good laptop and a stable internet connection. We guide you through setup.
Can I build a real project during training?
Absolutely. Every participant works on at least 2 real projects—whether it’s a brand kit, a business launch plan, or a full web application.

Both. We can build fast, editable sites on WordPress or develop fully custom-coded platforms depending on your goals and budget.
What technologies do you use?
For web and apps, we use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, React Native, Vue.js, Python (Django), REST APIs, SQL Databases, and deployment tools. We also integrate AI and automation tools where needed.
How long does a custom website/app take to build?
A basic website can take 1–2 weeks, while a full-stack app or e-commerce platform typically takes 3–8 weeks, depending on features and integrations.
Will I be able to manage my website after it’s built?
Yes! We provide training and documentation, and we prioritize user-friendly tools like WordPress CMS or custom dashboards with clear controls.
Do you offer tech support after launch?
Yes. All Premium clients receive 1-month post-launch support. Ongoing maintenance packages are also available by request.
Can you help with automation or integrations?
Definitely. We create smart workflows for email, forms, CRM, analytics, chatbots, and more—powered by tools like N8N, Zapier, Make, or custom APIs.
Payment & Enrollment FAQs
How do I enroll in a program or service?
You can enroll directly through our website or by scheduling a free consultation. Once your package or program is confirmed, we’ll guide you through next steps.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Orange), bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and international payments via PayPal or Payoneer (where applicable).
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! Most of our programs and services offer flexible payment plans. Just ask during your consultation and we’ll customize something that works for you.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice?
Absolutely. You’ll receive an automated receipt and a formal invoice for every transaction, whether it’s a one-time fee or a subscription.
Are there any refunds or cancellation policies?
Yes. We offer refunds only in specific cases outlined in our Terms & Conditions. You’ll always be informed of policies before payment.
Do I need to pay upfront for services?
Most services require a deposit to begin, especially for design and development projects. The balance is due upon final delivery or per milestone.
Can I upgrade my package after enrolling?
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher-tier service or program at any time, and we’ll apply any previous payments toward your new plan.
